End-to-End AI System for Business Automation

Our client a e-commerce brand, was a victim of its own success. Their operations were spread across a dozen different tools that didn't talk to each other: a CRM for sales, Slack for internal communication, Google Sheets for inventory reports, and their e-commerce platform.

The team was spending nearly a third of their day just manually moving data around—updating customer records, generating sales reports, and answering repetitive inventory questions. They knew AI could solve this, but they didn't need another basic chatbot. They needed a true, hands-on engineer to build a real, AI-powered system that could understand their unique business logic and operate across all their tools.

We used a vector database to train the agent on their entire product catalog and historical sales data. • Full-Stack Application Development - This was a true AI App Development project. Our engineer built a simple, clean admin panel from the ground up. This dashboard allowed the client's team to monitor the AI's actions, view automatically generated sales reports, and adjust automation parameters without ever needing to write a line of code.
  
  
• Practical, Low-Friction Automations- The final solution included several key automations: an AI agent in Slack that could instantly answer complex inventory questions from the sales team, a system that automatically updated the CRM with detailed notes after a purchase, and a process that generated daily performance summaries delivered straight to leadership.
