M/s PathakHRK Inc, registered under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, is currently suspended from accepting new business or service requests.

This notice is being issued by R, Pathak, Founder, in the interest of full transparency and public record.

The firm's registered office rent agreement has expired. The trade licence has been deactivated. Certain compliance and documentation matters are currently unresolved due to circumstances beyond the control of one partner alone.

R, Pathak has formally raised these matters with all relevant government departments and authorities. A public notice has already been issued. All appropriate steps have been taken individually to the fullest extent possible under the current partnership structure.

This situation is not a reflection of intent or negligence on the part of R, Pathak. Every effort has been made to maintain compliance, resolve outstanding matters, and protect the interests of all associated parties.

The business is planned to be re-registered and relaunched independently in Mathura under a restructured and fully compliant entity in the near future.
